I recently hired New England Kitchen and Stone to install ceramic tile flooring throughout my entire home, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team demonstrated professionalism, precision, and genuine care for the project. The large-format porcelain tiles now flow seamlessly from the entryway through the kitchen and into the living areas, with perfectly aligned grout lines and expertly cut edges around every corner and fixture.

What truly elevated the experience was Alexa, the project designer. Alexa isn’t just detailed; she’s meticulous in the best way possible. This wasn’t my first project with Alexa. I’ve now worked with her on three major jobs, including two full bathroom remodels in the past. Each time, her consistency, foresight, and dedication have only grown stronger.
